Today I’m happy that I lost 400g,need only 200g more to be the lowest I weighed so far 113.6kg I’m so happy I actually lost instead of staying the same or gaining.Today is 21 years I’m married and I will try my best to be good with cake,chocs and takeaways 🙈will drink extra water and will start going on the treadmill atleast 2-3x a week starting next week.
