Lost 400g since last week,expected to be 115kgs but that was Friday before.Better then a gain or staying the same im still happy atleast I lost something instead of staying the same weight or gaining.Next week I want to be 115kg or less as I wasn’t good at all last week I overdid it with carbs,pizza,pasta and junk.🙈
