6.1 kgs
7cm - Bust
5cm - Waist
4.5cm - Stomach & Hips
3cm - Thighs

Boobs are shrinking but I’m kinda ok with it 😂🙌🏻

You're my inspiration. I only lost 4 kgs... I wanna try push to 6 kg. But I'd have to eat really clean and I don't think I can commit to that especially on weekends 😭

@Carnage02 thank you so much 🙈🙈 definitely could be back fat but they’ve also shrunk from a D to B cup 🥴😂🤷🏼‍♀️ You win some, you lose some I guess 😆

Ahhhh @bandac3012 thank you so much 🥺🥺🥺 4kgs is no small thing though, so well done!!! definitely something to be proud of! I don’t take off on weekends because I would just take it too far 😆 so I have two healthy cheat meals throughout the week and also work wine into my calories over weekends 😅

How did you lose 6kgs in one month? I need help please. I'm struggling.

Hey @Christell91 💕 I stuck to 1200 clories and worked out every day. I’m not eating any processed foods at the moment. I have eggs for breakfast and for lunch I’ll usually make a loaded salad of around 400cals. Dinner is usually fresh veggies cooked in some olive oil with seeds and either cottage cheese or feta at around 350cals. My snacks are usually plain medium fat yogurt with some fruit. Consistency is key. Figuring out which nutritional foods work best for you body is important. Good luck, just keep trying. You can do it too ✨

@Lizel Anne I’ve been doing Chloe Ting’s challenges. I started out by doing her weight loss challenge. After that I did it a second time but added 30mins on the treadmill thereafter and 60mins on the treadmill on active resting days. I’m currently doing her 28 day summer shed challenge combined with the treadmill workouts mentioned above ☺️
