I didn't eat as much as I should have yesterday. I went to an event yesterday where they had boutique cupcakes. Thank God I had that trail mix on me! I was proud of myself for having the willpower to resist the cupcakes. This is the second time this week that I have said no to cupcakes, so yay! I just kept thinking about the work I would have to do to work off those cupcakes.
I won't say that I didn't want to eat them, but I made sure that I had snack alternatives so I wouldn't be tempted. So I was full, and that was great. Anyway, I am very proud of myself!
