today i learnt how easily weight can fluctuate. weighed myself before gym and was 63 and then after 63.5 . the way i gained 0.5 in just an hour and it was literally just water so it means nothing . Makes me feel so much better now when i weigh myself cause now i know it’s not always fat. :)
