Due to my dental surgery it became difficult to gym intensively. I opted for initially 14:10 thereafter 16:8 intermittent fasting with a daily 30 minute walk of 8000 steps. Essentially I decreased my meals to twice a day within my most active periods and a calorie restriction of 1200. In addition I do apply the zig zag calorie intake, so far I can say its working better than any other method I've applied.
Due to giving birth, I also realised my old methods of weight-loss are not working and a new method had to be applied. I hope this method keeps the weight off. 😊
