So i went through a tough time the last couple of months and... I ate my way through it! So picked up even more weight than when i started.

Then about 2 weeks ago something in my changed, not sure what, but i am so motivated to eat more healthy.

Now i eat mostly fruits and veg, protein from tuna, fish and lean chicken. I have lost 3,6kg in 2 weeks.

This time it is different, i don't feel that i am on a dieet, i am just mindful of what i put in my body. There is ice cream and chocolate in the house but i don't feel like eating it, weird for me! The only thing i can think that might be causing the reduced cravings is eating fresh nutritious food. Who knows. I am also taking nutritional supplements (for diabetics - reduced sugar but all the nutrients)

All in all i am happy!
