I went to the gym this morning and set a goal for 30 minutes on the elliptical and I did 35! I set it up for Interval Training. Burned about 280 calories! I felt so accomplished when I didn't give up, especially since I was alone and usually when I'm alone I will quit when it gets hard.

good. now try 40 min next time and try to train your mind to not be dependent on other people praising you. do it for YOU. For your own sense of self respect and who it will make you become in the process
