Morning all,

yesterday i was back on track. 100% diet followed. Today the scale did not go up and that is good in itself. If that damage stayes at that, i hope too loose again next week. It took me half an hour to make coffee this morning, (*grin*) but the reward is great. coffee machine fixed and coffee taste even better now. Today no exercise. Just relaxing day maybe jump on my horse for a hour or so, if the weather holds. But that is exercise for her not for me (*lol*)
