8.8% - (.83 lbs drop in waste/water/fat - woot woot!)

Very consistent with the weight throughout the week...I must be doing something right with my eating habits to maintain this type of steadiness. Still obtaining my 40/30/30 split and in doing so maintainence has been successful. Beach season here I come! =)

Chest Workout this morning:

Flat Bench Press - 8x45lb, 12x95lb, 10x135lb, 8x155lb, 6x165lb, 4x185lb
Alternating Incline DB Bench Press - 10x40lb, 10x45lb, 8x50lb, 6x50lb
+ Incline DB Push Up - 8reps or failure x 4 sets
Cable Dip + Cable Chop Lo/Hi - 8-10reps+6x40lbs x 4 sets
Cable Incline Push Up + Alt. Cable Chop Hi/Lo - 10-12reps+6x50lbs x 4 sets

Reverse Grip BP - 20x65lb, 12x95lb, 12x95lb, 4x135lb
+ Plate Push Out - To Failure x 4 sets
54,3 kg Perdidos até agora: 2,4 kg.    Ainda faltam: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Razoavelmente Bem.

I think that's awesome that you know to the hundredth point what you lost in waste/water/fat. But I'm a technical person that way. The way you have everything set up looks like a math formula. As always, checking in on your journal makes me want to do more! Have a great day!
