Bad week. I worked 13+ hours a day all last week so didn't exercise until last night. Way too tired when I get home at 10, 11 and midnight.... No motivation to do in the mornings when I have those kind of hours. Normally I work 9-10 hour days which makes it easier to go to gym straight after work. I've been eating well at lunch and breakfast but by dinner I'm starving and totally blow it. I need to plan better for dinners while at work - not just breakfast and lunch.

So, I'm not giving up and have again motivated myself to get going! Going to gym in a bit and also gonna buy the new jawbone product called up24. Will monitor my activity, food and sleep habits.

Good job turning it around! Getting up and dusting yourself off rather than giving up is the best thing you can do. Don't feel bad about not exercising with that crazy work schedule. Focus on getting proper sleep (as much as you can anyway) and focus on what you eat. Try to plan for good, healthy snacks and plenty of water throughout the long work day so you're not so ravenous when you get home.

Thanks! Did much better today. Only worked til 7 pm but was prepared with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the office (and snacks) So, didn't stress eat when I got home. Loving my new UP24. Especially like seeing my sleep patterns and steps taken throughout the day. Funny how you take the longer route thru the office when you're counting steps. :-)
