I am so ashamed. I don't even want to write in what I ate yesterday, but I will just to be accountable to myself and show myself my own bad habits.
Needless to say, I was eating everything in sight yesterday. I am actually .2lbs heavier than I was last Monday. An increase in weight. Great. Funny how at one point during the week I was actually at 144. But over the weekend I just packed it all on. I think that if I could do my DDR on the weekends I could have another way to lose weight without spending money on an exercise class. I have to figure out how to use it without making noise. But I really can't make excuses. I just sat in my apartment all day yesterday and just ate and ate and ate. And I knew that it would have consequences, but I just told myself that it would be ok b/c I really wanted to eat that extra bowl of cereal. That it would be worth it b/c it would taste so good. I ate to the point where I almost felt like throwing up yesterday. And now my stomach hurts this morning.
What a shame. I will try to do better this week.
