As Moose mentioned, it's kind of ironic that now is when my weight is stagnant or even showing a loss! I know it won't last much longer but I think it's pretty funny.
Today was my surprise work bridal shower! My co-workers are so nice to me. Salem was there too and also surprised (since we work together, he's just on another team on another floor). They gave us money. You can't ask for a better present than THAT in my opinion lol.
We have less than 2 weeks til the wedding!!! I pick up my altered dress tomorrow. Then we need to do programs and placecards and figure out who is sitting where and we should be good to go... aside from the whole paying of vendors (fingers crossed I actually get my tax refund by March 1st as the IRS website indicates!) Otherwise I will have to temporarily put some stuff on the evil credit card.

I didn't know you guys worked together - is that how you met? Thats nice... kinda... LOL! I don't know if I would want to work with my husband!!! Anyway, have a good one, and glad you got some MOOLA to help bay the bills - always a good thing!

I agree, nothing could be better than money, it seems that a wedding costs so much... I'm glad it can help pay some bills! Funny how the body does its own business sometimes. My cousin's wife had her first baby last week, they sent me the pictures, OMG he is soooo tiny! I though of you and Beets, very soon you will have the same little thing in your arms... How sweet!

Indeed ... cash is always WELCOME!!! We had a dollar dance at our wedding ... so much fun and helped so much with our honeymoon as I was an "older bride" (LOL!!!) and we paid for everything ourselves. I'm so excited for you!!

Yes, agreed. CAsh money is the best. Especially when you have to pay all those vendors. My husband and I paid for most of our wedding too so I remember that well. We were mapping out the seating chart the night before our wedding. My BIL called us that day to tell us he was bringing a date we'd never met before, and it threw everything off. Ahhh. Fun times. So exiting!
