Added an extra 30 mins to daily walk so 90 mins. Hope I can start to make more progress. I did check my measurements and my waist is smaller even though the weight is the same. I have also reached a point where my favourite pair of sweats no longer fits even if I tie the waist they just slide off now.. I was a little shocked But that’s perfect as for a reward I brought new ones a size smaller. And I brought a pair of medium for when I reach my next goal weight 74 kg
