i got on my scale at around 6am,and it said i weigh 152.4. i went back to bed,like i normally do,got up just now and it said i weigh 154.4! now,considering i have really done a lot better this week than i have done in a long time,i opted for the first weight. call me a cheater,but i feel better anyway!haha 8-)
