I took the day off today and had a spa. I try to take 1 or 2 days off each week to recover (depends how sore I am). I train either handstands, calisthenics, movement, strength/conditioning, and tumbling most days for 2 hours... and 1 hour on weekend days. Im 40 years old and started about 1 and half years ago. I love it!
The path is the goal! Im vegetarian and this has been a really eye opening experience, its the first time I've ever monitored my RDI... Im pretty sure I was well under nourished and underweight. I feel at least 20 times healthier these days. Coming from a place of self-neglect, drug addiction, semi-homelessness, indolence and sleep... Im so proud of myself for not giving up. Its an excellent feeling 🔥🙏🏻🔥 Hare Krsna Hare Rama forever!
