It never ceases to amaze me how my work life getting derailed can utterly destroy everything else. I haven’t been on here because I’ve been embarrassed and ashamed. I gained 25 lbs in 6 months after we lost a person at work and my caseload almost doubled. Working late = ordering in = loads of calories and very little exercise. Started going to therapy and therapist says I need to set boundaries in my professional life, because it’s not okay for that part of my life to spill over into the rest of it and screw it up. Working from home has been both a blessing and a curse.
