Defisit kalori 3bulan Selama ramadhan sempet off ngitung kalori Kemarin baru sehari mulai back on track, karena naik 2kg setelah lebaran. Hari ini langsung turun lagi ke angka yang semula😂 Antara kaget sama; asli canggih banget power of udah terbiasa defisit kalori, jadi gak pernah takut kalo ada event makan banyak. Yuk semangat yuk🥰
