Ha ha, so I fell yesterday trying to do chin ups since I did not secure the bar properly. I have a bruise on my knee and my tush hurts a little, but I got up and kept going!
Yesterday I did a lot of the pushups on my knees. I feel like a punk for doing so, but I figure that doing something is better than just lying there exhausted. Also my triceps were killing me all week last week, especially due to those military pushups. I'd rather that not happen again.
Tried the wheybolic protein drink yesterday, with just the wheybolic and water. It was ok. A little sweet. Felt weird drinking 280 calories in a glass. Wait, that's just like a milkshake!
