i went up a pound. but all i have to say is--- damn buffalo chicken dip, damn miller lite, damn superbowl!!! but YAY PACKERS!! lol! i had so much fun and it was the first time getting to "party" if you will, with the family--so it's ok. once i get the official clearence frrom my doctor to start woking out more, ill take everything a little more serious. but im happy with the way i feel, so the number on that scale doesnt mean a thing to me--YET!
