I feel addicted to the scale when I get up...so far it's been favorable results but I just can't help myself....but I don't want to get on the scale and see a plateau. I'm going to TRY to just weigh myself maybe just on Sundays. Wouldn't that be a party to see more than just 1 LBS gone?!?!!!
