Well I did it. The one night I cheated caused me to gain two pounds. I realized I have also been drinking caffeine and not enough water, so now that I realized this I hope next week will be better.

I run the coffee club at work, but I decided for this summer I am taking a break. So I told everyone that I will not start the coffee club again till Sept. I have 1/2 decaff at home. I cup will do, to keep me moving.
