Update haven't been on in awhile (>.< ) kinda been avoiding the scale sense my last gain. I got my weight back down toke awhile ^.^ and hopefully (fingers crossed) will keep loosing by making better choices. Hit a bump in the road but will keep going. I haven't giving up even if I am not posting. I am still keeping track and staying positive. Happy thoughts for everyone and keep at it!
