Day 2 of the Christmas binge (and the day I really expected to blow up on), and I am down almost a pound from yesterday. I am guessing this is the correction for yesterday's odd weight, mixed in with the bloat I usually get after gorging myself at my mother-in-law's Christmas feast (full breakfast and dinner - it's amazing).
I can live with today's weigh-in.
Today, I am going to go lean and keep the carbs in check. Hopefully that will help the corrections for the coming days.
