Did great for the first two months not so well on the second two month. Need to get my carbs under control to get my A1C score back down or doctor says he will have to add another medicine. I am usually at a 6.5 but last time I was stress eating and my score was 7.5, Healthy is under 7.0...Need to get back on track. I like low carb eating I just tend to wander away from it for some reason.
