Yup! 5 a.m. stretching, bodyweight routine every day. About 35 minutes on workdays, and about an hour on wknds. Do a good deal of walking, although not continuous, as an inspector in a structural steel fabrication plant, as well as some lifting, etc.
The biggest benefit has been the 6 - 8 km or more on Sat. and Sun.
The dietary and nutritional approach I use FS to track, of course, is MAJOR but a lady I know who teaches Sports nutrition at a college says, "You can't exercise your way out of the kitchen!"
Ya GOTTA have an over all approach. 😉😉
