Today I am adding calorie counting back on my newest weight loss journey. My target calorie is 1400-1700! I will not be counting on weekends. I now fast 16 hours each night, and I exercise regularly at a Bootcamp three times a week, my side job I do a lot of lifting and it takes a lot of energy to do. I also now sell ‘It Works’ supplements and that has been a big help. I was actually at 174lbs in February 2020. I am doing great but my goal weight is 135lbs
