Thanks Rob! I am so close but for whatever reason my weight is stagnant no matter what I do. I keep waiting to hit this one-derland milestone but the scale wont budge! So frustrating...any suggestions to kick start the metabolism?

Hey, GTM! I know what you mean, it always feels so stagnant... but, I look at your weight chart and it is coming off! Actually, pretty nicely too. Don't panic! You'll be fine. Things I notice for me (might not be true for everyone): 1) Water, water, water... Yeh, I know we've all heard it before, but for me it is so true. If I'm not getting enough water, my losses STOP in their tracks. 2) Sleep. I cannot tell you how true this is for me... If I'm not getting enough sleep my losses STOP as if I haven't been getting my water. 3) Protein. If I'm not hitting my target of at least 80g on a regular basis... same thing. By the way, your target looks like it should be *at least* 72g a day. 4) I'm noticing that when my carbs are high, the works all grind to a halt. I have to dial that in myself, I'm still working on that. Anyway, I have no idea if any of that has any affect on you at all, but it is what I notice for me. Hope it helps!

Thanks for the tips Rob. I need to work on my water consumption have been getting into the habit of diet soda..so bad...
