Yes!!! Back on track😊 Averaging 16000 steps daily at the new job, making the effort to get up just 45 minutes early 2 days a week before work to get in a 30 minute stationary bike ride and working out on my other 2 days off, packing a healthy lunch daily, and really trying no extra sweets (I quit smoking years ago, I don't drink anymore...but sugar seems to be the one addiction I just can't kick)
