Last week's weigh-in was not encouraging (142.6!), and I didn't record it here. Pretty sure it had a lot to do with my period. And overeating on not-good-for-me snacks. So I feel pretty good about this week's weigh-in. My goal is to be at 140 or slightly lower by next Thursday, the 27th, my one-year anniversary. I think if I keep up as well as I have this last week, I will get there.
