haven't gained any back and my measurements are going down slowly but I want to see the scale go down to ( -_- ) might have to low my cals back down. Currently at 1500cals a day and I am just maintaining. I think I hit my first plateau. been at the same weight for two weeks. I just have to push harder, stay positive, and set new goals! You guys are a lot of help and keep me motivated thank you everyone!
