Funny how I always pause on whether or not to click "Reasonably Well" or "100%" on my weigh in. Today I am selecting 100%, not because I hit every target everyday, but because I firmly believe that everyday I did my best. The words of Miguel Ruiz ring out in my head frequently that my best is going to vary from day to day. So long as I always do my best, I am honoring my spirit and my body.

Last week I set 6 daily goals, 1 weekly goal, and one bonus goal. I hit 33 of my 42 daily goals. 3 days I missed my carb intake goal of less than 85g, but my bonus goal of less that 80 grams, I hit that 3 times! So if I add my bonus stars to my regular stars, then I am at 36/42. I missed my daily step goal 2 times, but I exceeded my weekly goal. If I divided my weekly steps by 7, I would have far exceeded my daily goals everyday. The only goal I don't have tied to a weekly target that I cannot make up is daily stretches. Twice I skipped my AM stretch, and twice I skipped my PM stretch. All in all I am satisfied.

This week I am going to track my goals a bit differently. Instead of daily goals, I will set daily targets to stay on track, but only set goals for the week total. No need to punish myself for only walking 6,000 steps of Sunday when I walked 17,000 steps on Saturday. Just making my goals work for my mindset.
