Day 8 of the new year 2021. So far so good in keeping dry and exercising 45 minutes daily. I had to back down on my exercise a bit by decreasing the incline to 7 while running. My legs were starting to feel like rubber before I was done. I may be losing muscle with my weight loss. Something to watch.
