I find myself under eating a lot! I live a very active lifestyle working out 5 days a week but I also struggle with sleep... so essentially my body is burning off muscle instead of fat so it’s hard for me to gain and drop my bf% past 15%. This morning I woke up feeling super malnourished so I cheated with not 1 but 1 mcdons breakfast meals, though I’ve cut out fast food and simple sugars I needed to boost up my macros. My eating habits are good I’m just not getting enough food on a day to day, so I’m trying to track what I eat in hopes to burn fat instead of muscle to get super lean and shredded!
