Not sure exactly how I lost weight even after my "cheat day", but I think I'm going to attribute it to the mass amounts of water I've been pushing myself to drink. I NEVER drink water and when I drink it is usually very little. I attempted to get up this morning for my bike ride and it didn't happen at the time I had anticipated so I am going as soon as I'm off of the computer instead. Persistance may be just what I need to really get moving with this.
