oh mine, the results are so fast! eat better, weight better... eat badly... weight doesn't lie!
breakfast: egg, cheese, and veggies... 200
early lunch at 11 (everyone was hungry): thin port rib, veggies... 300
snack around 1: pork & broccoli... 200
emergy snack: white toffee chocolate ... 60?
dinner: 3 chicken wings, lots of veggies, a spoonful of ju's ice cream (so craving for sugar the past few days, it's so bad) 500
total: 1260 exercise: 30min pilates on ball
even though SB doesn't stress on calories, but from years of dieting, calories do count! i try to keep it under 1300, ideally at 1200, but cuz i have hyperthyroid, i'm supposed to eat a lot more than normal... that's the hard part! i have even seen medical books say that hyperthyroid patients have to eat high calorie, high protein foods! that's so horrible!
anyway, everytime i get to around 47-46kg i start craving really badly b/c my body feels like it's gonna lose weight! gosh.. gotta make it through this time~ cuz the diet is really working for me! i have a big chance of making it to 45kg!!!
