Hello world!
I'm excited to begin my 12 week Body for Life challenge and to commit myself to increased discipline, health, well-being and fitness. My number one motivator is to increase my self esteem, which has suffered over the last few years and is literally "weighing" me down.
I am tired of making excuses. I know for a fact that BFL works, because I have done it in the past. All I need now is the discipline and the motivation to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
