Buddies I Love you all...last year my focus word was Energy and staying up until 4:30am was example of how well I have been. I say to myself each and every day, "I cannot wait to begin this day and I am enjoying it so much I don't want it to end" Of course with this said I know sleep is very important in life because it Rejuvenates me.....This year my focus word is Peace, Wow...I am so excited because right now at this very moment among my clutter, and as I go through frustration that comes into my life if I am practicing peace. I am feeling it wholeheartedly. I am "Awake Basking in the Sunlight of Life! TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
