I am having a very difficult time weaning from bread products. I'm striving for ways to overcome this obstacle.
141,1 kg Perdidos até agora: 0 kg.    Ainda faltam: 57,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Fraco.

I ate a lot of brown rice to help me get over the starch hump. Oatmeal works too. Good luck! and keep us posted.

Just have a little bit so you're not depriving yourself and in small portions you won't gain.

Hang in there! Have you tried other alternatives? I know it's not the same as bread but some grains and things like couscous can be satisfying.

Cooking the brown rice with some chicken or veggie broth heps too.

Maybe finding some creative ways to use the oatmeal-- put allowed extras (I used mashed banana alot) in there to make "more" of it... pancakes have been my favorite so far!!

I am the same way! As soon as I can't have something I crave it constantly. What works best for me is distraction. If I have a really bad craving, I throw in a load of laundry, take a shower, read a book, watch a show, basically anything I can do to put my mind elsewhere. Good luck!
