WooHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T believe it!!!! I was so happy yesterday with just the progress I've been making in therapy, content to not be working on the weight issue while dealing with the rehab process from my surgery, thinking I'll be happy to just maintain and not undo all the hard work I've done. I've been eating pretty much whatever I want, though in much smaller quantities than I would have in the past. It's been over a week since I weighed in and was delighted to see the number on the scale today!
I'm just hoping there isn't too much of this that's coming from muscle loss rather than true weightloss. But for now I'm just enjoying this new number!!!!!
