I have been kind of down on myself - we do that as humans. I spoke with a super awesome, super skinny co-worker/friend about weight. She is beautiful, tall, humble, smart, funny, perfect blah, blah, blah! I, on the other hand am short, frumpy, of average intelligence, boring, middle-aged etc. She told me how she is always cold, has hip problems due to having no padding for her legs to rest on as she sleeps, her knees hurt constantly because she compensates for her hips hurting and her height makes it hard to date because she is intimidating to men. All things I had never considered about this woman who I'd probably give up a good relative to look like. Perhaps I need to focus on what is 'super awesome' about me. I have long thought I have really nice lips. They are symmetrical, not too full nor too thin, they are fully functional and I have a nice smile. I think I'll start with smiling more. It might help on the rough days.
