it's said that food journals not only help you realize what you eat, your habits, and your allergies, but it also help you lose weight consciously. so here i am with my journals from now on.

lunch: mommy's cooking! 500 it was SO good! no carbs for me, good job!

dinner: mommy's cooking! i would say i had less than lunch... so 350-400?
