ok so i have decided that i am going to completely cut out the diet coke. i have been eating really healthy lately and for some reason the weight should be falling off and its not. diet coke is the only thing i can think of that's stopping that from happening. i quit yesterday and woke up this morning with a severe headache! i guess that's my first sign of withdrawl and my first sign i think i was drinking way too much! drank some green tea and felt a lil better... gotta keep this up, hubby comes home in Feb from Iraq!!!

Thats what I thought too but after doing some research you'd be surprised! Also I drink A LOT of it and hardly drink water so it'll be a test run. And thank you, Im VERY excited for his return also! You have yourself a great week yourself... :)
