My weigh-in was not what I wanted but I am happy with it. I really hoped to be at 190 but I will gladly take the 2 pound loss. Even though on Friday I was down to 191. but since I strayed more than I should have over the weekend, I guess I should be glad I even had a loss at all. I did exercise 4 times this week which was a big accomplishment for me. I hope to do it 5 times this week. I want to get out of the 190's.
