Well, not too bad of a week. Lost a pound, am doing well on the bike. 5 days this week for 4-5 miles plus weight training 5 days. feeling better, feeling stronger, not skinny but maybe the pounds will start comming off. I am still motivated, now more than last month. I have a great pushing workout buddy and that helps. She is driven and is making sure I show up!! I plan to see atleast a couple of pounds go this week!!! deb
