Hey maybe you would be interested in my experience as I have weighed myself every day for the last 4 or 5 months. I have found there are natural fluctuations that often have nothing to do with the food I’m eating. Sometimes it’s the amount of water you drink that day or the sleep you got or if you are female for one week in every month you often gain a little or plateau. I find the data very interesting and would love to know your conclusion too :)

P.s I realise I didn’t actually say anything that would help lol. From what I know on my journey so far it’s just making sure you are always in a calorie deficit below your maintenance caloric intake and patience. It’s a long road and dedication every single day always wins even if you can’t see the weight go down your body fat does :)

Hey. I lost whole size in 2 months but only 2kg. I measure and take photos. F*** scale! It is useless

I started doing evolt scans at the 107kg mark, results get sent to my email and I go from there..still doing them now as it's good to see what's going on inside and out.
