I didn't really want to enter Saturday's dinner and snacks. I had some guys over to watch college football and ate a good amount of junk. Thank God for Weight Watchers Flex Points and cheat days. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but I did cheat a fair amount. I will certainly pay more attention going forward. Especially with a Christmas party coming up next weekend and if we decide to travel for the college bowl game on New Years.
