Was VERY BAD these past 10 days! I expected worse at the scale...but therein lies the danger! I OVERATE my RDI by quite a bit on ALMOST a daily basis, PLUS little to NO EXERCISE; yet stayed the same on the scale... this makes my head think, 'Well I got away with THAT! Let's see how much MORE I can get away with [before it REALLY shows up on the scale'] INSTEAD OF 'Well, I escaped the 'clutches of death THIS TIME, but NEXT TIME, I'm SURE I won't be so LUCKY! [So I'd better 'knuckle down, buckle down, and DO IT, DO IT, DO IT!!']
I've got to heed my own WARNING that I KNOW I WILL GAIN if I continue to eat this way!!!
I must take my own advice and 'Throw away my rear view mirror and move from here forward...' I must pretend that these past 10 days didn't happen, and put my mindset back to the weight program I WANT TO FOLLOW BECAUSE IT IT BEST FOR MY BODY [THAT I LOVE AND RESPECT!!]
This week, THINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT!! More EXERCISE, and LESS EATING OF 'OFF LIMIT' FOODS!! [But that MAC & CHEESE satisfied a yearning that had been there for over a year or two...] and THAT'S A GOOD THING! [To have that craving satisfied with little to NO collateral damage, that is...]
