I have decided to start weighing in everyday but only entering a new weight when I actually weigh, this will be on Mondays. I like how the weigh-in puts the additional information in the journal entry it automatically creates for you. If I add a comment then I can edit the days journal as I need to. If you don't add a comment during the weigh-in process then you can't edit the entry.
