okay so i ended boot camp with a loss, but overall this week i am steady again. you know what?! that will most definitely change this week because i am back in business as of today. my "flood" stopped,and i am starting this week 0.7 pounds away from my lowest weight in 5 years! i am so very excited to see what the next days will bring to the scale.
